Shipping:
To ensure prompt delivery, we offer you several convenient shipping methods from UPS and the USPS. Order verification is confirmed at order submission and tracking numbers are emailed at time of shipment to follow package status via the carrier’s website. We reserve the right to select the most cost effective carrier if the cost difference is significant. This would typically only occur with very heavy packages or delivery to rural areas.

Expedited Orders:
You may request an order ship faster than standard ground service, with the following options. If you need something other than these options, please contact us and we would be glad to help you.

International
In addition to the United States, Nantucket Perfume Company will ship your orders internationally. Shipping outside the contiguous United States will require custom shipping charges and you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval of these charges. International orders ship via USPS and the customer is responsible for any taxes, tariffs, or miscellaneous charges at delivery.
Nantucket Perfume Company reserves the right to change shipping charges from time to time and may elect to waive shipping charges for special promotions.
Damaged orders should be refused with the carrier and returned to Nantucket Perfume Company. These and any orders that may be lost in shipping will be replaced or a credit applied at your option.

Satisfaction Guaranteed / Returns:
We take pride in selecting the products that we carry on nantucketperfumes.com and are confident they meet the highest quality standards. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from Nantucket Perfume Company, simply return the item and we will gladly exchange it for a product you like or issue you a refund for the price you paid for the item. Original shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the return freight. We only ask that you contact us first at  1-800-223-8660 to let us know why you were dissatisfied.
